How We Do It

The Process

Estimate & Proposal

Once we have created a plan or design for your project, we will prepare a detailed proposal. We specify and use the highest-quality fixtures in the industry, selecting the best products to match your project’s goals and your budget.

Our focus is on providing the right tools for the job—fixtures and components that deliver the best performance, longevity, and visual impact.

Installation & Completion

Our team arrives on the scheduled day to professionally install and decorate your lights, trees, and greens. Every detail is handled with care to ensure a stunning result.

Holiday Removal & Storage

At the end of the season, we coordinate with you to remove the displays at a convenient time. Trees, lights, and greens are carefully taken down, labeled, and stored so they’re ready for effortless use next year.

Evaluate your Property.

It is helpful if you can send us a photo or the address of the property you are looking to light or decorate, along with any ideas and budget you have for your project. If you don’t have any ideas yet, that’s perfectly fine—we’re here to help guide you through where to begin.

We will then schedule a consultation. One of our lighting experts will meet with you on-site to discuss your vision, take measurements, and understand your property’s unique needs.

We provide FREE estimates and initial consultations from January through October. There is a $100 fee for us to provide an estimate in November & December.

Repeat Christmas Installation

For returning clients, the process is the same each year. We will contact you with a renewal proposal for installing the same display as the previous year. You can approve or make plans to change your display. We ask you to approve the project and pay your deposit before October 1st to secure your spot on our schedule. We strive to make it easy to enjoy a beautifully decorated property year after year.
